Your responsibilities include:

• hosting our mostly young guests, predominantly younger than 40 years old, from arrival to departure
• ensuring a trouble-free process at arrivals in and departures from our destinations
• organizing information and welcome cocktails
• planning and delivering entertainment programs, including conducting local sightseeing trips
• acting as our contact person for our partner hotels and our local agency
• delivering weekly reports to our product manager responsible for activity holidays in London
• coordination and support role in case of emergencies (medical help, police etc.)

Your ideal profile:

• highly engaged, assertive, with strong organizational skills
• highly commited, reliable, sense of duty
• resilient and coping well with stress
• communicative, easy to get in touch with, flexible
• language skills: German and English a must, French, Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese an advantage
• well-groomed appearance
